Admission Guidelines

New Students

1. birth certificate (original and photocopy)
2. Certification from the principal that the student belongs to the graduating class
3. three (3) I.D. pictures (2x2)
4. 1 long brown envelope
5. application fee
6. examination fee

Transferees

1. Transcripts of Records / Report of Grades (for evaluation)
2. Course description

Foreign Students

1. five (5) I.D. pictures (2x2)
2. three (3) copies of the following (Authenticated by the Philippine Consulate):

1. honorable dismissal
2. police clearance from the place of origin
3. authorized affidavit of support from parents
4. recommendation of good moral character
5. birth certificate

3. personal history statement (5 copies, handwritten)
